My work: I am the president and CEO of Kelley & Associates Advertising, Inc., a full service advertising agency, offering everything from print design to public relations to marketing strategy and business development.

I feel most at home: with family and friends, regardless of wherever we may be.

The smartest woman I know is: Jennifer Parker, my business partner, friend and “surrogate” sister.

I’m a feminist because: I believe in the equality of all. I want my agency and I to be judged on the quality of our work and the dedication to our clients, as opposed to how well we may play golf or to what “boys club” we may belong. 

Right now I am obsessed with: asparagus!

People are surprised that I am: not a card carrying Republican!

I am inspired by: the website theelders.org that features an “independent group of eminent global leaders, brought together by Nelson Mandella, who offer their collective influence and experience to support peace building, help address major causes of human suffering and promote the shared interests of humanity.”

My mother always said: “it is more important to be beautiful on the inside than on the outside.”

I still can’t get the hang of: backing up my vehicle, even out of my own driveway!

I am most motivated by: new client projects; I love learning about new businesses and having the opportunity to completely brand or re-brand a company.

My best friend says I am: “Extremely engaging, outgoing and intelligent, also savvy and kind”… a quote from Carrie Farris, my best friend since seventh grade.

Words I live by: “The First Law is that you can be, do and have whatever you can imagine. The Second Law is that you attract what you fear.”
